Have to agree with you tamand. Glad I stopped just being a lurker - I don't post much but I do keep an eye on things and there is certainly some food for thought for us owners.

How do you gain access to the private forum?

You have to be an owner and if you read the bit that says read here first then follow the instructions it will take a few days to set you up if they let you on
They need your real name and apartment number and e-mail address and they will then let you on
